So far it’s been very easy to communicate with Hubby via their chat function. The only thing slightly confusing is the way the remaining data is displayed. I think I purchased extra without needing to as I thought I had used up 4gb but that was the remaining balance. Either way it was easy to get it clarified via their chat function. I would use again.
