Having researched equity release over the last 2 yrs we finally made the decision to go ahead with it. we spoke to a few Financial Advisor companies but went with Saga after speaking to the Advisor David Farrell. we had an initial phone consultation of an hour followed by 2 visits to our home for further consultations. David was very informative and put our minds at rest straightaway. the next step was visit by Surveyor to value house. this was done very quickly and from there on was a simple process. a solicitor came out to complete our forms and it was finalised on 3/4/2025 We are very happy with the outcame and our thanks go to David Farrell who was brilliant throughout.
