I was told to use Hub financial to organise my annuity by standard life. They made errors on the initial form causing delays. I was given choice of fixed guaranteed annuity from Aviva which I selected. Following further major delays and errors by HUB I lost the fixed guaranteed sum and was given a lower annuity. repeatedly said don't worry will be compensated, have NOT been compensated, have been fighting over a year now, have been to financial ombudsman and HUB are now refusing the financial ombudsman decision that I have agreed too. Dreadful service and company.
