He explained everything in detailed but easy to understand terms and answered every question I had to ask. Steve took time to chase up this matter and keep it on track and kept me fully informed at all stages. I felt very much like an individual client to Steve Harris and not just a case to process as he was genuinely interested in assisting me and finding the best product to suit my needs. Four stars given only because of an administrative delay due to a backlog at head office which Steve did his best to chase. Steve Harris himself gets five stars from me for service.
