2 1/2 months...still not completed.Familiar 'company' experience template in place :Phone tree, advisor , repeated information, notes made, details passed on, no response, no communication, no movement.The advisors/call centre client deflection team, display little undestanding , repeat recognisable template issued responses in order to assure that matters are in hand with the utmost urgency.With the funds remaining unissued, interest and commisions remain assured for the small cost to the splendid phone advisors , commited to your financial well being. Emails grudgingly issued from them,outlining 'the process' ,:the initial indicative report,the sending of the report, the acceptance of the report, the process to gain a guaranteed report , the sending of the report, the acceptance of the report , the forms to be sent, the forms to be received, the checking and clarifacation thereof, each section of the 'process' to take 5-7 working days, although note has been taken of the requested urgency to expedite the 'process'.This 4 month 'process' is explained to me , in addition to the 2 1/2 month procedure to pass the information to them.The 'process' itself makes no productive, logical, financial sense other than to refuse access to your funds.Legal action under discussion.Illegal action also.
