My subscription was switched from monthly to annual without my consent. After I identified the issue and contacted the support team for clarification, all communication ceased. There was no explanation, no solution, and no follow-up. For a service that claims to be premium and customer-focused, this experience was both disappointing and unprofessional. Changing billing terms automatically and then ignoring a customer's valid concern is simply unacceptable.
