I've never seen a company take so dang long to initiate a refund. I had a product for less than 24 hours before shipping it back. Got delivered to them within 2 days but I still have not received my refund or received word on when it's going to be processed. At this point, it's going to be over a month before I even see my money. I wouldn't normally care but it's almost $200 from a bad product. IDK what they're doing. They keep saying that they get a lot of returns and it takes them a long time to review each return. Just sounds like a lot of people are annoyed by bad products. I just want my money back.
