I needed to transport two cars and a motorcycle from Seattle to Las Vegas. After finding a shipping service, I was quoted **$1,280 all-inclusive**. I clearly communicated that I did not want any price changes and confirmed multiple times that there would be no additional fees. The representative assured me there wouldn't be. I paid the deposit on November 14th and signed the contract. However, two days before the scheduled pickup, they confirmed that the driver would arrive. But on **Monday, December 15th — the actual pickup day — they unexpectedly informed me that an additional $2,800 was required for the driver**, or they could not assist me. I reminded them of the contract and requested a refund instead of paying more. Rather than processing my refund, they urged me not to cancel and claimed they would “find a driver.” I stated that I could only add **$300**. Yet, they still couldn’t locate a driver. The next day, after numerous calls, they continued to say no driver was available. Around 3 PM, I insisted on a refund since we had already secured another transportation option. At that moment, they began to play games and connected us with a driver who requested **$800 just to reach Washington**, which felt orchestrated. Shortly after, another driver contacted me, asking for updates and revealing messages stating: **“Tell them that Husk Logistics sent you.”** It became evident that this was all prearranged. **In summary:** This shipping service (and Husk Logistics) lacks honesty. The fluctuating prices, broken commitments, and deceptive actions made this a frustrating ordeal. I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your money or vehicles.
