Review Time
Great experience! The Rep David assisted getting our vehicle here by working on changing the dates and finding us the best driver for the job. The driver came on time and had great customer service! This is my second time using Huck and I will use them again!
***COMPLETE SCAM*** I got a quote of $370 to ship a vehicle from NJ to TN. Paid the $100 deposit. They contacted me two days later and said they didn't have a driver lined up yet, but if I wanted to pay more money they could find someone sooner. I declined, realizing it was a scam, I decided to book a flight and go pick it up myself. I cancelled with them immediately and when I contacted them for a refund because it CLEARLY states in the contract that you have to cancel 15 days prior to agreed-upon pickup date and we didn't have a pickup date set, I got a refund of $10. If anyone offers you to ship a vehicle for less than $1000, it's 100% a scam.
Quoted $1500 for a car delivery. Once on hand another quote for another $1500. Once delivered then another $150.
I will not recommend this company to any person. If you are ok paying double of initial quote even if stated no extra charge on agreement, then go ahead. Not a trusty broker to do business with.
It has been a joy collaborating with the logistics service, particularly due to the representative's unwavering assistance throughout the process. Excellent work! Eagerly anticipating the next chance to partner again.
I needed to transport two cars and a motorcycle from Seattle to Las Vegas. After finding a shipping service, I was quoted **$1,280 all-inclusive**. I clearly communicated that I did not want any price changes and confirmed multiple times that there would be no additional fees. The representative assured me there wouldn't be. I paid the deposit on November 14th and signed the contract. However, two days before the scheduled pickup, they confirmed that the driver would arrive. But on **Monday, December 15th — the actual pickup day — they unexpectedly informed me that an additional $2,800 was required for the driver**, or they could not assist me. I reminded them of the contract and requested a refund instead of paying more. Rather than processing my refund, they urged me not to cancel and claimed they would “find a driver.” I stated that I could only add **$300**. Yet, they still couldn’t locate a driver. The next day, after numerous calls, they continued to say no driver was available. Around 3 PM, I insisted on a refund since we had already secured another transportation option. At that moment, they began to play games and connected us with a driver who requested **$800 just to reach Washington**, which felt orchestrated. Shortly after, another driver contacted me, asking for updates and revealing messages stating: **“Tell them that Husk Logistics sent you.”** It became evident that this was all prearranged. **In summary:** This shipping service (and Husk Logistics) lacks honesty. The fluctuating prices, broken commitments, and deceptive actions made this a frustrating ordeal. I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your money or vehicles.
I have been working with Ricky Davis. Very understandable and proactive person. Everything was undercontrol he updated the customer for me all the time, he made sure the customer was available and ready for the time of pickup and delivery. Im sure that his customer was pleased as well. Will definitely work with him again if i see a load from him.
Patrick Blake was great. This was my second time working with him for transportation needs. It was really fast. My vehicle was picked up from one state and delivered to another all in the same day. I highly recommend Patrick and his Company (Huck Logistics) for your needs!
This company practices classic bait and switch pricing methods. Patrick told me that my newly purchased truck could be shipped for $860. He said that he had a driver that had already accepted the shipment, and that it would be picked up in 3 days. He asked for a $160 deposit, which I agreed to pay only after he assured me that the price was set in stone and that a driver has already scheduled it. The day before the pickup, someone from dispatch with Huck logistics called to "confirm", but basically just to tell me that they were having a difficult time finding a driver at that price and that it would have to be $1600. Of course I had signed the agreement at that point, and they refused to refund my $160. This is shady business. Plain and simple. Beware, no matter what assurances you are given about price, they will change it. It's unscrupulous and flat out wrong to do this to people. Not sure how these places are allowed to do this to people, but I have called the better business bureau about them as well.
