Way too hard to communicate effectively. Huge mix up trying to cancel a policy that Wouldn't let me select monthly payments. It got too hard so we told them via chat, text and email that we didn't want to go ahead. Then they bombarded my wife with payment requests for the entire years worth of insurance. Wifentried to 🙈 rt it out but they wouldn't deal with my wife because she wasn't on the policy, so I tried to handle it, then told me I couldn't deal with it because it needed to be her. Then was instructed to cancel online, followed their instructions on how the do that but it kept taking me to chat bot. I asked chat bot how to cancel online and it gave me exactly the same instructions which just took me back to chat bot again
Honestly it's been a thousand emails and texts, it shouldn't have to be this difficult time cancel a policy that we decided we didn't want because it was too hard to communicate in the first place.
