Way too hard to communicate effectively. Huge mix up trying to cancel a policy that Wouldn't let me select monthly payments. It got too hard so we told them via chat, text and email that we didn't want to go ahead. Then they bombarded my wife with payment requests for the entire years worth of insurance. Wifentried to 🙈 rt it out but they wouldn't deal with my wife because she wasn't on the policy, so I tried to handle it, then told me I couldn't deal with it because it needed to be her. Then was instructed to cancel online, followed their instructions on how the do that but it kept taking me to chat bot. I asked chat bot how to cancel online and it gave me exactly the same instructions which just took me back to chat bot again
Honestly it's been a thousand emails and texts, it shouldn't have to be this difficult time cancel a policy that we decided we didn't want because it was too hard to communicate in the first place.
DO NOT USE HUDDLE!!!!!!!!! I will never insure my vehicle with this company ever again. I have gone without my car for over 3 months because of this useless company. We have done ALL the work to get information for this unprofessional insurance company who can’t even provide us with an appropriate way of contacting them. They have been nothing but useless, giving us wrong information due to there workers ‘accidents’. Might aswell have thrown all my money in the bin, as this company does ABSOLUTELY zero to help their clients. My dog would have been more efficient in fixing the problem than these people who work at huddle. If you want bad customer service, zero communication and to be left without your vehicle for over 3 months join huddle!

The claim event has far exceeded what we anticipated. I wish I could share the appalling and insulting emails we've received, as they argue about their liability while fully knowing they are responsible. They have disrupted our lives for far too long and continue to do so. The damage to our home resulted in the loss of all our possessions, and we are still awaiting compensation. When we reach out to the complaint team and the executives, we only receive generic automated responses. AVOID THIS SERVICE if you don't want your life turned upside down. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars on experts and reports just to fight for what should have been a straightforward acknowledgment of their mistakes and a resolution. The struggle continues.
