We have been trying to sort out an outstanding balance from estimated readings that are far higher then our actual readings, we also would like to cancel our contract. Every day we call, we even called their parent company tru energy and we never get to talk to a human being. Terrible company, can’t get away from them and can’t sort anything out. I noticed the do reply to trust pilot reviews so this is my last ditch effort to try and contact the and maybe get a reply that isn’t automated or comes weeks later in the form of an email. Stay away.
