Strongly Advise Against This Provider

I strongly advise against using this provider for university bills! I graduated 2 years ago and have been contacted about arrears involving multiple occupants. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue while working full-time, they have filed a claim against me with an inflated amount that I do not owe. They keep adding hidden fees and have shown complete disregard for my situation, especially given the timing during the holiday season. Their communication has been utterly disappointing, and I will ensure others are aware of their practices.

Avoid This Provider

After previous issues with this provider, including threats of court action for money I didn’t owe, I submitted a formal complaint. I received the standard response time notification, but two weeks later, I have yet to hear back. They seem too understaffed to handle their business effectively and fail to deliver good customer service.

Avoid at All Costs

Terrible service with a poor website and inadequate customer support. Automated responses and threats for non-payment despite my attempts to contact them. They fail to prioritize existing customers and were unable to process an empty rental house with a smart meter. They should apply common sense instead of blaming the meter, which is not faulty.
