I placed an order over 3 months ago from this company, even though they advertise 3-week shipping. Total lie. After constantly tracking my package way past the delivery window, the lamp finally arrived — and it was a $300+ of paper masked to look like a lamp.The lampshade was completely crushed, literally folded like an accordion. The base was scratched up, cheap, and looked nothing like what they advertised. It’s basically made of paper-thin materials.I sent the company multiple photos and videos showing everything and asked for a refund. They ignored almost everything I said and responded with: “We can replace the shade.”No mention of the refund, no mention of the damaged base, and what — am I supposed to wait another 3 months?I had to file a dispute with my bank and report the company to the Better Business Bureau. This whole thing feels like a drop-ship scam: overpriced items, months-long shipping from China, terrible quality, and zero accountability.Do yourself a favor and don't get scammed by this company.
