I purchased three items from the service about a month ago, and all three have already broken. When I requested a refund, they outright refused. I attempted to leave reviews for each item on their site, but they acted as if that option was available, which it wasn't. They even pretended to send an email with a review link, but that was false. This seems to be a common tactic where platforms claim to allow reviews but don’t actually provide the option. It's frustrating and dishonest. I tried multiple times, but no review option is available. Be cautious if you expect accountability or genuine customer feedback.
