I placed an order for a phone cover in early November and was informed in mid-November that it had been dispatched. However, I never received anything: no package, no delivery notification, no tracking information, and no email updates. I reached out to the seller again two days ago (almost mid-December) but received no response. This has been very disappointing. I either want my order fulfilled or a refund.
