I truly want to appreciate—and rave about—the service. I love the idea of sustainable, locally made rugs. The designs and options are fantastic. I've purchased several rugs because I want to love them! However, as dog owners, we are always washing muddy paw prints and messes from the outdoors. Unfortunately, the rugs aren't durable enough. They lose their appearance and color after the first wash, even though we followed care instructions. They quickly look worn and dirty, which is disappointing for a higher-priced washable option. Please, service—create a rug that can withstand muddy paws, wash well, and retain its vibrant color and texture. To clarify, we've had several rugs at both our old and new addresses, and our current rug is just six weeks old and already looks quite worn.
