The website is very user-friendly, with quick shipping and excellent quality. I appreciate the non-slip feature and that there’s no need to purchase an additional under rug! The colors are beautiful, and this is my second purchase. I also adore the little heart woven into the corner.
I genuinely want to appreciate—and share my excitement for—the service. The concept of completely sustainable, locally produced rugs is fantastic. The designs and variety offered are impressive. I’ve purchased around six or seven rugs because I really want to appreciate them! However, as dog owners, we constantly wash muddy paw prints and pet messes. Unfortunately, the rugs just aren't durable enough. They have faded after the first wash, despite closely following care instructions. They start looking worn and dirty after a short time, which is disappointing for a product priced higher than many other washable alternatives. Please, service—help me fall in love with your products! Develop a rug that can withstand muddy paws, wash effectively, and maintain its beautiful color and texture. Just to clarify, we have had several rugs at both our old and new addresses, and our current rug is only six weeks old yet already looks quite worn.
