I wish I could give no stars. The experience has been terrible. I ordered three weeks ago with express delivery, and it still hasn't arrived. There's been no tracking updates or explanations—just one email saying it’s within the timeframe. I'm not sure what timeframe that is. Like many others, I ordered this for a Christmas gift. Order 45972, avoid this service.
