I would give zero stars if I could. It's been three weeks since I placed my order with express delivery, and it still hasn't arrived. There have been no updates on tracking or any movement, just one vague email stating it's within the timeframe. I'm unclear what timeframe they're referring to. Like many others, I ordered this as a Christmas gift. Avoid this service.

I would rate this service zero stars if I could. I suspect this company is a scam. I placed my order on November 25th, and on December 7th, I received an email saying it was delivered. I still haven't received anything, and no one is responding to my emails. Avoid ordering from them!
The product itself is good quality and very soft. However, I dislike that the bottle is made of latex, despite being advertised as latex-free. Natural rubber IS latex. I have a severe latex allergy, and misleading statements could be dangerous for me. I received this as a gift from someone aware of my allergy. The information on the website needs to be corrected. Thankfully, I haven't used it yet, but I strongly urge you to change this information and I expect a refund.

I placed an order two weeks ago and haven't received anything. When checking the carrier's website, I found the shipment status marked as 'abnormal.' I contacted the delivery service, and they said the package is 'unconfirmed' and I need to resolve this with the company directly. I paid for shipping protection and expect proper support, but so far, I haven't received any clear answers. This experience has been very disappointing. I suspect this company is a scam. I placed my order on April 7th, and today is April 30th with no delivery. I've sent five emails with no responses. The chat feature only leads to an AI agent that keeps suggesting I send an email. It's impossible to reach a real person. I've been told to expect a response, yet I haven’t received anything. The customer service has been very poor. The product seems appealing, but I'm starting to doubt the existence of this company.
Although the water bottle is smaller than I expected (though the intended use should have indicated that), my partner really enjoys it. She appreciates the additional extender and finds relief from stomach pains by comfortably applying a heat source to various areas.
