I placed an order two weeks ago and haven't received anything. When checking the carrier's website, I found the shipment status marked as 'abnormal.' I contacted the delivery service, and they said the package is 'unconfirmed' and I need to resolve this with the company directly. I paid for shipping protection and expect proper support, but so far, I haven't received any clear answers. This experience has been very disappointing. I hope they resolve this soon, but for now, I can't recommend them.
