I suspect this company is a scam. I placed my order on April 7th, and today is April 30th with no delivery. I've sent five emails with no responses. The chat feature only leads to an AI agent that keeps suggesting I send an email. It's impossible to reach a real person. I've been told to expect a response, yet I haven’t received anything. The customer service has been very poor. The product seems appealing, but I'm starting to doubt the existence of this company.
