my item was delivered unlike a lot of the other reviews BUTit was really a massive let down when i got it:firstly, im a UK size 12 and the velcro strap BARELY fits around my stomach (lower) where i would want it to sit for p cramps...i can strap nicely around my waist however this isnt where one would want it when trying to tackle period painsimilarly i cannot have it over one shoulder to target back pain for same reason, strap not big enoughthis is made for someone tinypreferably size 6-10not made for mid to plus size womensecondly, for thirty pounds i expected this product to be well made, it feels cheap, the bottle is tiny, the cover barely fits over it and the strap is not big enough.2/10
