Awful experience. My last encounter was a 62 minute conversation trying to get a credit I was promised for a modem that was returned. I have called them multiple times since November with many issues such as the satellite pole being to close to a building, a bad modem left with me on day one, charges that I was not aware of and then the internet itself being slow. At the end of the day with all the issues, I was still charged a contract cancellation fee of $350. They are crooks and don’t care about customer service.
