After they rescheduled my appointment, they came when I wasn't home and told my wife where it was best. That's when a $50 pole charge appeared. To make it worse they put the dish under a tree pointing at my house. There was expanding foam all around the pole, no attempt to cut it back and the wire is zip tied to the pole going across the grass. I had to bury the line myself and cut back the foam. When I reached out the chat line said they would refund the $50 but I had to talk to a different dept. When I spoke with them, after 3 transfers, they fought me on the charge and told me that I'm wrong on the dish placement and unburied wire. If they didn't drag their feet past the 7d cancellation period I would of dropped them on the spot. I cannot wait for this year to be over.
Well we trying to get service since Tuesday they come out some lady and shit dont work. We need out of this contract. Now they sending someone one else supposedly tomorrow. Terrible
i could not receive a signal strong enough to download my email. the tech was rude and just in a hurry to get home. over charges showed on my charge account and im still waiting on a box to return their equipment to them.....
When I called to set up my service, I was informed that the 12-month plan included a $25 discount for up to 24 months. I agreed, but later discovered in the fine print that there is a $120 cancellation fee, even after the 12-month period. I reached out to cancel after being a customer for over five years, but they insisted I signed up for a 24-month commitment, despite their initial claims. Their customer service was unhelpful, simply stating that I was stuck with the agreement. Additionally, the internet speeds are disappointing, with constant buffering every ten minutes during streaming. To maintain decent speeds, I'd have to pay between $300 to $400 monthly, or settle for frustratingly slow 10 Mbps, making it nearly impossible to browse the web efficiently. Unfortunately, this was my only option in my rural area; otherwise, I would have chosen a different service, as they seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.
I paid my bill late to have the service reactivated, and the representative on the phone was helpful. However, I only received a few days of service in return. My daughter relies on the internet for medical needs to care for me and her children in a remote area without a vehicle. Please address this issue.
This has been the worst experience we've had with any provider. The service is overpriced for what you receive, and being in a rural area limits our options. The streaming constantly buffers, turning a one-hour show into an hour and a half ordeal. Customer support is overseas, making communication difficult. After several months, we chose to cancel, fully aware of the early cancellation fee. We received the return equipment instructions, but they require us to climb on the roof to disconnect part of the dish. As someone with a disability, that's not feasible. They offer a technician for $100, or we can pay someone else to do it. I would rather pay a neighbor than give this company any more of our money. Avoid them and look for better options.
Terrible service..called and got someone in another country, explaining to me that it is as good as it gets. No need for the installer to come back, just live with it....finally try to cancel and they will make you pay a $150.00 charge to cancell... gross and outlandish behavior from a company
Not going to lie this net sucks it’s horrible you lose connection every other day you can’t play your game even if you got the mode expensive plan I really want to get rid of this crap but of course the put you on a contract cuz they know this enter net is not good I would never recommend this to anyone.
