I reached out to cancel after being a customer for over five years, but they insisted I signed up for a 24-month commitment, despite their initial claims. Their customer service was unhelpful, simply stating that I was stuck with the agreement. Additionally, the internet speeds are disappointing, with constant buffering every ten minutes during streaming. To maintain decent speeds, I'd have to pay between $300 to $400 monthly, or settle for frustratingly slow 10 Mbps, making it nearly impossible to browse the web efficiently. Unfortunately, this was my only option in my rural area; otherwise, I would have chosen a different service, as they seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.
