This company is not transparent with its customers. The neck massagers are very low quality and they make it difficult for you to return the item without major fees. The first time I asked for a return, they asked if I simply would prefer a 50% refund, without needing to return the item. This seemed like a red flag. When I asked for a return address, they gave me one in Europe that was not viable. Also The cheapest cost of return would have been over $40. Upon writing to them again, they resent the address, with an edit that would make it viable. I haven’t yet taken this one to the post office so I don’t know if it will work. I asked the company if I could return the item to the address from which the item was sent, which is only 50 miles away from my home. They said I could not. The difficulty and cost of return is so prohibitive that they seem to assume customers will just drop the issue. So, their assurance that you have a full moneyback guarantee is untrue.
