This product caused me discomfort. They don't answer their phone, you have to leave an email. "Please note that we currently do not offer phone support, which is why the best way to reach us is through email." They emailed back to me the next day saying they wanted me to produce a video about what was wrong and email customer service again. I'm not doing that. I already told them about it in the first email. I think it was a canned response. After I posted a negative review, they emailed me saying they would refund minus shipping & sales taxes if I removed or changed my review. I did receive a partial refund and didn't have to ship it back so I am updating my review. I don't know about you but I value honest reviews. I've noticed that they also sell their products on Amazon so check the reviews there too.
