I ordered the Hugterra Massage Belt for low back pain. It came with a small instruction book with very little instructions. There are these green menthol pads that I had no idea what to do with them. After using it several times, I was very disappointed in the product. The noise level when you are using it is crazy! After reaching out to customer service, the only thing they said was they were sorry and the cost to return the product would be huge since it is made out of the country. I received a minimal refund which wasn't even half of what I paid for it and was told to keep the product. Trustpilot, which is reputable business review site, red flagged this company for false reviews. Certain hugterra links take me to a page that is not able to be opened. Again, makes me think this is a sure way to take customer money from them with a quick apology, too expensive to mail back for a full refund. So they just conned and deceived me and I would not ever order from this company again!!
