If I go out of town I take it with me. It has really helped to relax the muscles in my upper back and I had something else I never expected. I had a hand surgery already scheduled because for months I had trouble with the tendons at the base of my thumb tightening up causing pain and not able to grip. Just a few days after using my Hugterra every day, I noticed I had no pain in my hand. I canceled my surgery and it has been several months now and my hand is still doing good.
