The item has been ordered since September. The Hugterra staff had prolonged the delivery cause of my address, after two months of delay they asked for US address, after I provide them with US address they still play round with my order. No money which is back guaranteed is provided into my account! All this looked like scam.But now I'm waiting the order to be delivered in the right address in US after prompt answer from Hugterra that my claim is being processed through carrier GOFO and thanking also to 'trust pilot' I'm in good way to recapitulate my concerns and finally get the proper service I thought I've lost.Sorry for any inconvenience!
