They respond quickly, answer questions with clarity, and they are always ready to correct any situation that may arise.As for the Huggterra Neck Massager, it arrived quickly and had simply easy to read instructions. Charging the battery was a breeze, took about 3 hours, and it was ready for use. Unfortunately, I am unable to use the massager. However, the company 100% stands by their refund policy. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
