The customer service from this company is wonderful. I purchased this product in December and used it regularly. Unfortunately for me, it did not provide the relief I had hoped for. More often than not, I was more sore the day after using it. I requested a return on Monday and had a response by Tuesday. I should have read the return policy closer, as it states the return must go to a warehouse in a different country and I would be responsible for the shipping. That would have been close to $50 USD. The company offered me a 50% refund and told me to just keep the product. I thought that was a very fair offer.
