Bad Experience.The item did not even closely match the color of the item displayed on their website. When I reached out, they said I could only return if I pay the return shipping fee (this is a very heavy, large furniture item). Very dissapointed as I spent $700+ here and was planning to furnish the rest of my home with this brand. Not anymore.
