I recently purchased a cocktail chair which arrived well packaged and it was easy to put together. The chair is very nice, as described and good quality for the price. Due to an issue with delivery which was not the fault of Hulala but with the courier, I had reason to contact customer services. My query was answered promptly and resolved very quickly. The customer service team were exceptional. I would definitely purchase from Hulala again.
