Alex was fine, and communication with him was fluent and professional. The packing team did a good job, and the shipment itself went smoothly.
Unfortunately, my experience with Tanya, who was responsible for logistics, was very disappointing. Her role required knowledge of documentation and customs requirements for Buenos Aires, and she clearly did not understand what paperwork is needed here. In Argentina, customs procedures are strict, and clients pay a significant amount of money expecting accurate guidance.
There were mistakes and a lack of clarity regarding required documents, which caused unnecessary stress and additional expenses to certify paperwork that should have been handled correctly from the beginning.
In addition, she sent me an email requesting specific information, I responded promptly, and I am still waiting for her reply. She never followed up. That lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable, especially in an international relocation process where timing and documentation are critical.
Logistics is not just about moving boxes — it requires knowledge, precision, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in this case.
