Absolutely outstanding service from Hull Fibre, and especially Jordan.I had an ongoing issue where my internet connection was being incorrectly geotagged, which was causing problems with streaming services and location-based access. Jordan didn’t just give a quick fix, he properly diagnosed the root cause and explained everything clearly along the way.He identified the public IP issue, generated new connection details specific to my line, and manually assigned me a clean static IP. He then logged into my router, updated the WAN settings, and made sure everything was working exactly as it should. Since then, the connection has been rock solid and correctly identified online.On top of that, Jordan optimised my WiFi setup by moving the 2.4 GHz network to a less congested channel and adjusting the channel width to suit the local environment. That attention to detail has noticeably improved stability.What really stands out is the level of knowledge, transparency, and care taken. No rushing, no guessing, no passing the buck. Just proper technical competence and customer service done right.This is exactly how ISP support should be.
