Despite minimal use on the trial, I was still charged, and my request for a refund was refused.What was most disappointing was the lack of transparency and responsiveness. My subscription was not cancelled when I requested it and was only cancelled after I opened a dispute through PayPal.I would not recommend this service due to misleading claims and poor customer support.
