I signed up for their free trial period. After testing their humanizer program, I decided it was the worst program I have tried. I immediately cancelled the subscription m. Unfortunately, I had to email them to cancel my subscription. Luckily, they responded within 48 hours and confirmed my subscription was cancelled before my free trial period. After the 7 days, I received an email from their team that they renewed my subscription without my permission. I reached back out to the team that cancelled my subscription before my trial period and they took over 48 hours to respond. And they sent a auto nonreply emal stating they cancelled my subscription AGAIN and that I have to wait for the end of my billing cycle. Update: Thankfully, I was able to get a hold of management. They reviewed my case and issued a refund. I appreciate them taking responsibility and fixing my issue.
