Overpriced, poor assembly and manufacturing; that's all I can say about this chair after two weeks of usage. I got the Freedom Headrest, and now the screws are falling apart from the headrest. There is a squeak when I recline because the metal bars on the back of the chair are rubbing together. The headrest keeps sliding down from the top position, so you will have to adjust it constantly. Also, the headrest moves forward when reclining, which forces your head into a forward posture. I do not recommend this chair if you have cervical pain.
