Purchased Sofer Zero Gravity Recliner in Bordeaux leather by Modulax thru CavilUSA/HumanSpine. Chair which requires assembly was shipped in two boxes (total weight about 95 lbs) via UPS and arrived in about a week. The chair back portion is easily handled but the base unit with 3 motors and arms is quite heavy and requires two people to move). Assembly process is fairly straight forward but the instruction sheets received by email was not clear. Chair Back mounting to the Base unit brackets are now slip mounted without the use of washer, nut bolts. It is important that after assembly, the recliner is never lifted or picked up by the BACK as it could be pulled out of joint and sliding it back into position is cumbersome...but the Recliner is a thing of beauty and comfort. I've always wanted to reward myself with a leather recliner that was more functional than the typical bulky ones. This modern style with open arm sides, leg supports that tucks under, and open floor area for easy cleaning was the ticket. The full zero gravity position and the chair's swivel capability does require room around it to fully enjoy all its functions. Mr Jack Keller of CavilUSA/HumanSpine was very helpful.
