We were deeply dissatisfied with our visit to the Christmas event. We paid for VIP tickets, but nothing about the experience felt premium or justified the extra cost. We specifically chose VIP seating to avoid audience participation, but the area was very underwhelming. After walking upstairs, we were met with uncomfortable furniture and basic tables and chairs. The promised 'balcony view of the stage' was only available if you were lucky to sit at the front; otherwise, the view was poor. There was a separate bar, which seemed convenient at first, but with only one staff member, the wait times became excessive as the area got busier. The 'free' cocktail included in our package was terrible; it tasted like fizzy ice with no hint of alcohol. The food items we tried were subpar and overpriced. The entertainment was confusing, with a band that seemed to impersonate Elvis but failed to engage the audience. The event duration was misrepresented, and we left feeling disappointed. The entrance decor was the only highlight, and we later discovered VIP guests had access to additional activities that we were not informed about. Overall, this experience was not worth the cost.
