Now, 12 days have passed with no sign of the refund, and my bank has confirmed that no money is pending to return to my account. Furthermore, no one is responding to my emails. I have reported this situation to the appropriate authorities for selling defective products. It's a terrible experience with a company that is selling faulty goods.
