I bought a fitness band and opted for the premium plan, paying $179.00 to access a complete metrics profile, which I will explain further. My band was only two months old but was providing inaccurate readings. After three weeks of back-and-forth with customer service to demonstrate that the data was incorrect compared to another device I own, I decided to use my old tracker. I submitted screenshots from multiple devices, which took another three weeks before they acknowledged that the device or its software was faulty. They sent me a replacement band, still unopened, as I lost interest in checking if the issues persisted. I had to do all the work to get a replacement, proving my case for two months, which should have been handled by their IT team. To make matters worse, they charged me another $179.00 through the app store for an additional 12-month subscription for the premium plan. I want to emphasize that I am no longer using the device and have not even opened the replacement band. When I requested the replacement under warranty, my premium plan still had 10 months left, and after receiving the replacement, it was down to 9 months. Yet, they billed me again for another plan on the replacement. I've disputed the charge with my bank, but they've informed me it may take up to 90 days to resolve. Honestly, I find this company to be a disappointment, with poor customer support.
