The Hume band does not work. It is faulty. Contacted the support and they were very unhelpful. I want a refund. Have seen lots of reviews expressing similar concern. This is what I am doing. File a complaint at better business bureau at US. Outline detail issues and desired resolution. Their official address is Hume Health Corp. 1007 North Orange street, Wilmington , DE 19801. The business has 14 days to respond and most complaints are closed within 30 days. Please provide as many factual details as possible
