The band is worthless and stopped teaching sleep correctly. After troubleshooting the band, app updates, etc customer service finally agreed to call the band defective and sent me a new one. This new band is worse than the original. Also it says my health score is excellent and in the top 10%, even though the band does not pick up on sleep most of the time. I wish I could go back in time and keep scrolling.
