The pod does not give accurate readings and I have lost complete confidence in it ever doing so. I have requested an RMA three times now and they are still pushing me to reboot the scale or accept a replacement. I just want my money back and to get it out of my apartment. I wish I'd checked TrustPilot first rather than falling for the false advertising. If I do not receive an RMA next week I will look into suing in small claims court.
