I accidentally ordered two scales. I realized within moments of confirming my order. Their policy states that if you cancel within less that an hour of ordering they could do it. THIS IS UNTRUE!! They would not cancel the order. I then figured I would just return them when they arrived. I immediately did so, didn't even remove them from the box. I have now been in an email battle with them begging them to return my money for almost 3 months!! They just tell me they are still processing my return.... for 3 months?? I finally tried to report them to the BBB and THEY HAVE AN F RATING!! BUYER BEWARE!! My next step may be small claims court just to prove the point that you can't just keep people's money.
