Gave 1 star because I could give -Ordered £33.00 pair of slippers size 10 they arrived and we're barely a size 6. I tried to process a return as their return policy stated to be told they had to ship the slippers from China as the UK warehouse was being renovated. They started to try and convince me to keep the items and have a discount of next purchase a sting of emails later where I stood my ground and said I want to return them and have my refund. Offers new pair at £4.99 shipping my cost + 45% of next order. REFUSED Keep items £14.00 patial refund REFUSED. Keep items £18.00 partial refund REFUSED. Keep items partial £20.00 refund REFUSED. Keep items £24.00 partial refund. I accepted this as I'm exhausted by the emailing back and forth. Please stand your ground you have rights Keep telling them that their policy states full refund.
