Ordered £33.00 pair of slippers size 10 they arrived and we're barely a size 6. I tried to process a return as their return policy stated to be told they had to ship the slippers from China as the UK warehouse was being renovated. They started to try and convince me to keep the items and have a discount of next purchase a sting of emails later where I stood my ground and said I want to return them and have my refund. Offers new pair at £4.99 shipping my cost + 45% of next order. REFUSED
Keep items £14.00 patial refund REFUSED. Keep items £18.00 partial refund REFUSED. Keep items partial £20.00 refund REFUSED. Keep items £24.00 partial refund. I accepted this as I'm exhausted by the emailing back and forth. Please stand your ground you have rights Keep telling them that their policy states full refund. Good luck
If only I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. The website convincingly makes out that it is UK based, with lots of 'positive reviews' (presumably these are false!) but I was taken in sufficiently that I didn't check Trustpilot before ordering, which I normally do. These are very substandard shoes coming from China. Poor quality, really poor fit. I have emailed requesting a return, but now having read all of these reviews on Trustpilot I am not expecting to get my money back. Chalked this one up to experience!

PLEASE someone - remove Humtto's website. I bought slippers and trainers. The slippers (large size) came with 'free' socks (less than size 6) I couldn't even get over my toes. The trainers sold as orthopaedic were substandard, less support than old style plimsolls. The returns telephone number is 'not recognised' and three emails to return goods have gone unanswered. I wish there was some way more obvious to warn future customers before they get scammed.
This company should be more transparent about where goods are coming from.One pair of slippers - direct from China.I can't comment on the quality yet .... it's only been a full week since I ordered them but I don't hold out too much hope for anything of decent quality.My fault in so many ways .... I should have read the vast amount of negative reviews about Humtto.Sure the slippers will end up in the bin when they eventually arrive.Will report further when they finally get here.In the meantime - buyer beware.China goods. Direct China shipments.Slippers have still not arrive over a week for ordering with no indication when, if ever, they are likely to get here. If the description and information from the company had been open and honest about the fact that they are simply a trading house peddling sub standard Chinese goods I would not have done business with them. POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS MISLEADING BY OMMISION DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered slippers for someone with balance problems who ended up going over on thier foot so they became more of a risk than a preventative measure. I have e mailed twice since Christmas and have only received a standard response. No one has been in contact. Shocking service and would not recommend.
What an appalling company. I was told on the website that is could return the item within 30 days. No luck, they want me to keep and gift to somebody else. An absolute waste of time do not touch this company I am reporting them to trading standards. Where are our consumer rights
I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. They make it impossible to return & refund your money. It clearly says that the purchaser has 30 days to return their products when you order, this is NOT the case. They will not send you return details , they send you an offer to keep your order and pay £9.99 to be sent another pair. If you do not accept this they then offer you £7 and give you a return addess in China !
